I would like to thank all of the voters of District 62. I will work diligently to represent our communities, and to help the small business that make southern Indiana strong. Thank you for your support, and remember our Veterans on November 11th.

New endorsements garnered:

Hoosiers for Economic Growth, and Congressman Mike Pence now endorse Matt. Matt earned the Indiana Right To Life, and the National Federation of Independent Business endorsement. He has also been endorsed by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, and the Indiana Manufacturers Association.            

                    

Common Sense

With the massive growth of the government lately, it seems to me that one thing missing is common sense. If people are working less hours, or lose their job completely, the last thing we should be doing is raising taxes. But that is not what is happening at the federal level. I would like to keep it from happening at the state level too.

My Ideas

• Control state spending. This is important to keep the tax rates low, so we can attract more businesses into the state, and into the area.
• Advance the issues of District 62, so that they get dealt with, instead of making promises that can't be kept like others have in the past.
